Sunseam™ is operated by Quantech Analytics Ltd (company number 15031177, England & Wales), trading as Sunseam(“we”, “us”). These Terms are for business users and are not legal advice. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

A. Terms of Service

1. Who we are & acceptance. Sunseam is operated by Quantech Analytics Ltd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. The service is for business users (18+), not consumers.

2. The service. Sunseam provides commercial-solar roof intelligence: ranked rooftop opportunities and estimates for installers, and indicative savings estimates and installer matching for property owners.

3. Estimates are indicative, not advice or a guarantee. All figures (system size, generation, savings, payback, electricity spend, grid headroom, ownership, scores) are modelled estimates from public and third-party data, not a survey, audit, quote, or professional, financial, legal or engineering advice. They may be inaccurate or out of date. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for any decision; obtain professional advice and a site survey. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, leads, matches, savings, or any commercial outcome.

4. Accounts & security. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One role per account (installer or business).

5. Acceptable use. You must not: scrape, bulk-export, resell, sublicense or redistribute our data or output except as expressly permitted by your plan; reverse-engineer the service; misuse personal data obtained through the platform; use it unlawfully or to send unlawful communications; or attempt to circumvent access controls or paywalls.

6. Leads, matching & contact data (installers). Where the platform shares a prospect's details. You may use them only to contact that prospect about solar for the site in question, in compliance with UK data-protection and PECR rules; you must honour opt-outs and not retain or repurpose the data beyond that. We do not guarantee the volume, quality, accuracy or exclusivity of any lead beyond what your plan expressly states.

Exports. Data you export from the platform (including CSV downloads) is licensed to your account for your own business use, prospecting and fulfilment in the regions you subscribe to. You must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or provide exported data (in bulk or systematically) to any third party, nor scrape, crawl or systematically extract platform data by any other means. Exports are watermarked with your account identity and logged. This licence ends with your subscription, except for records you reasonably need of work already undertaken.

7. Property owners. By submitting your site you consent to us sharing your details with matched local installers so they may contact you (see Privacy Policy). You are under no obligation to proceed with any installer.

8. Intellectual property. We and our licensors own the platform, data compilations, scores and content. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service per your plan. You retain rights to data you submit and grant us a licence to process it to provide and improve the service.

9. Disclaimers & liability. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made in reliance on estimates. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or £100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Suspension & termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach or misuse. You may close your account at any time (paid plans: see Subscription Terms). Clauses that by nature survive (IP, liability, acceptable use) continue after termination.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms and the service; material changes will be notified and continued use means acceptance.

12. Governing law. England & Wales; the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

B. Pro Subscription Terms

1. Plans & subscriptions. The paid Pro plan unlocks additional features for each region you subscribe to. A region subscription is data coverage, not a territory. There is no cap on how many installers may subscribe to a region, and subscribing gives no exclusivity over it. The Free tier includes a single region; the free region may be changed no more than once every 30 days.

2. Fees & billing. Fees are as shown at purchase, in GBP, exclusive of VAT (added where applicable). Monthly or annual, billed in advance, via our payment processor. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges.

3. Auto-renewal & cancellation. Subscriptions auto-renew each period unless cancelled before renewal. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which that region's Pro features end. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not pro-rate partial periods.

4. Price changes. We may change prices; changes apply from your next renewal with prior notice. Your launch/founding rate, if offered, applies as stated.

5. Subscriptions & leads. A subscription grants access for your account in the stated region while held and paid. Inbound business leads may be shared with Pro subscribers in the region, subject to the owner's consent, as a non-exclusive bonus. A subscription is not exclusivity over the region and is not a guarantee of leads, matches, or results.

6. Downgrade / non-payment. On cancellation, lapse or failed payment, the account reverts to the Free tier. Free-tier features and limits may change.

7. Free tier. The Free tier is provided at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn.
