Do you have a plan for installers working across several regions?

Yes: All Regions. It bundles every region we cover into one monthly price instead of subscribing region by region, and any region we open later is included automatically at no extra cost. It is not UK-wide. Some nations run on separate registers we have not opened yet. The pricing page shows the live list of exactly what is included today and what is not, generated from our current coverage. Your plan is shared across everyone at your company, so extra teammates never cost extra. Prices are shown excluding VAT; UK VAT is added at checkout.

Why don't I see every commercial building in my area?

By design: Sunseam lists the roofs worth your time, not every building. We include non-domestic buildings from the official Energy Performance of Buildings register (England & Wales) with a usable roof of about 1,000 m² or more, roughly a 90 kWp-plus system, the commercial-solar-viable range, refreshed weekly. We deliberately leave out what isn't a real opportunity: sites below that size floor (you can widen it any time with the system-size filter), roofs already fully covered by solar, and residential/domestic properties. So if a site you know isn't listed. It's almost always one of those, or it has no current EPC lodged on the register yet.

How is the Solar-Fit score worked out?

Every roof is scored 0–100 on how attractive it is for commercial rooftop solar. The score blends the building's electricity bill (the prize, and the biggest driver), roof and system size (kWp), likely daytime electricity use (which drives the self-consumption economics), EPC/MEES regulatory pressure (the 'why now'), and local grid headroom (an indicative area signal, not a connection offer). Every figure comes from official EPC data and is labelled metered (from the building's measured electricity) or typical (estimated for its type and size). You can re-sort and filter on any of them, size, deal value, payback, grid headroom, energy rating, so the ranked list matches how you actually qualify sites.
